2024 AMR Preparedness Index Progress Report The 2024 AMR Preparedness Index Progress Report, released on 15 February 2024, evaluates the progress of eleven global economies against Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) based on the 2021 Index. The report identifies areas for improvement, including increased investment in national action plans, incentives for antibiotic innovation, prioritizing novel antimicrobials, and investment in infectious disease training. It also suggests strengthening surveillance systems, diagnostics infrastructure, and supporting environmental data collection.
